Why Havvok Exists

Havvok started with a simple frustration: Indian streetwear was either a cheap knockoff of something Western, or a watered-down version of what culture actually looks like. Neither sat right.

So we built our own thing. No blueprint. No investor deck. Just a belief that there's a generation of people in India who want clothes that mean something — that carry a point of view. Not just a logo. Not just a trend. A statement.

Everything at Havvok is intentional. The design, the packaging, the copy, the experience. We're not building a brand for everyone. We're building the right brand for the right people.

Internships

Not errands. Not coffee. Actual work with actual responsibility. If you're a student or recent graduate who wants to understand how a D2C brand gets built from the inside, this is that opportunity. We work across design, marketing, content, and operations.

Freelance

Great work often comes from people who aren't looking for a job. If you're a designer, copywriter, photographer, developer, or strategist with something real to offer, we're open to building a working relationship that fits how you work.

Creator & Influencer Collaborations

Paid posts and one-time shoutouts are not what we're interested in. When Havvok collaborates, it's because there's a real alignment — in aesthetic, in audience, in what both sides stand for.

Do you have any roles open right now?

We don't always post openings publicly. The right move is to email us directly with your work. We review every genuine application and respond to the ones that stand out.

What kind of people are you looking for?

People who take initiative, communicate clearly, and care about the quality of their work. We don't care much about degrees. We care about what you've made and what you've figured out on your own.

Is Havvok fully remote or in-person?

We're based in Pune, and for core roles we prefer people who can work with us in person or hybrid. Freelance and project-based work is always remote-friendly.

What's your minimum follower requirement for collaborations?

There isn't one. Engagement and aesthetic alignment matter far more than a number. We've seen accounts at 5,000 followers drive more real impact than accounts with 500,000. If your audience actually cares about what you put out, we're interested.

Do you do gifting in exchange for posts?

For the right fit, yes — but we're upfront about expectations on both sides before anything is sent. Clarity first, always.

Are internships paid?

Yes. We believe asking someone to work without compensation isn't fair, regardless of experience level. Stipends are discussed openly in the first conversation — no ambiguity.
